Terms & Policies
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our TERMS & CONDITIONS
All payments to Destinations Travel Solution are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Destinations Travel Solution has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport...if it does not then please let me know ASAP.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. If there is a group flight, seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines. Seats for this group tour will only be located in economy class unless you pay an additional charge to upgrade.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date. Late monthly payments will result in a $20 late fee and will be automatically added to your invoice

All late payment requests must be approved before the final payment deadline on your account.
Our Commitment to Pricing
The pricing we provide today is based on the currency exchange rates currently in effect. We work hard to lock in the best rate for you, but please be aware that if the US Dollar significantly weakens against the local currency of your destination before your final payment is due, we may need to adjust the final price to reflect the current cost of services abroad. Your final invoice will confirm any necessary updates.
Please be aware that I can't itemize the package. If you choose to arrive on a different date or outside of the recommended time frame then you will be responsible for your own transfers arrangements and payment directly to the Driver and there will be no reimbursement. The package is meant for the dates and inclusions already noted.

Is my deposit refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Is there Automatic Billing?
You can enroll in automatic billing and relax knowing future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided billing plan for you, and you’ll know the exact date each month your payment will be processed.
Your initial deposit is due at booking, and future payments follow the schedule on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no extra charge.
What can I expect from this Experience?
Participants can expect cultural tours, visits to iconic sites, Instagrammable moments, and immersive experiences in local culture and natural beauty. Daily breakfast and selected meals noted in the itinerary are included.
Is airfare included in the total price?
Flights are not included in the package price. However, if 10 or more travelers are departing from the same location, a group flight may be added.
To secure a spot on our pre-arranged airport transportation, all flight details must be submitted to the Destinations Travel Solution Coordinator no later than 30 days before the trip. Please ensure your arrival time accounts for time zone changes and flight duration.
What are the accommodation arrangements for the trip?
Participants will stay in luxurious, 5-star hotels selected for comfort and proximity to key attractions.
Hotel details will be shared closer to departure to avoid confusion due to potential last-minute changes (weather, construction, or other unforeseen issues). Rest assured, accommodations meet premium standards.
Is transportation provided during the event?
Yes, round-trip airport transfers and transportation to all itinerary locations are included.
If you arrive on a different date or outside the recommended arrival time, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transfers directly with the driver. No reimbursements will be provided.
The package covers transportation only for the specified dates and inclusions.
What is the cancellation policy for the trip?

What about single occupancy?
Single occupancy accommodations are available at an additional cost (single supplement) and subject to availability at time of booking. We do not roommate match however, if 2 people inquire about a roommate opportunity then I will be happy to make the connection.
How do I receive follow-up information after I make my reservations?
You will be added to our email group where we will keep you up-to-date with new information pertaining to this adventure.

What if there is a family emergency or my job won't let me off and I can't go on the trip?
Please make sure to purchase travel protection, which can cover unforeseen events like family emergencies. If you're concerned about potential work conflicts, consider adding a "required to work" rider, as standard policies typically do not cover work-related cancellations without this rider or a "cancel for any reason" option. This way, you'll have peace of mind knowing you're protected in case plans change.
