Begin your morning with yoga by the sea, meditation, a peaceful walk,
or absolutely nothing at all. Spend the afternoon enjoying the beach,
joining a fitness or water activity, or settling into your included spa
treatment. In the evening, gather with an intimate group of women for
good food, meaningful conversation, and moments designed to help
you reconnect with yourself.
